Days after her social media activity sparked speculations, Isha has once again fuelled the rumours with a deeply personal note on Instagram. Although she did not reveal specific details, the Punjabi actress spoke about fear, silence and the emotional weight of feeling overpowered in her post. She wrote that she had stayed silent for a long time out of fear, but did not wish to stay quiet any longer.

Isha shared a note on her Instagram on Monday evening, speaking about struggles that may not always be visible from the outside. “There are battles that leave no visible scars. For a long time, I remained silent because I was afraid,” she wrote.
Isha also claimed that she felt overwhelmed by what she believed was her husband’s “influence, power, and resources”. According to her, it was fear that convinced her to keep things to herself. She wrote, “I felt overwhelmed by the influence, power, and resources I believed my husband had, and I convinced myself that staying quiet was the safest thing to do.”

She also clarified that her silence was survival and should not be mistaken for consent or acceptance, saying, “Silence was never acceptance. It was survival,” the actor added.
Isha concluded the post by saying she was ready to stop pretending and chose courage over fear, “Today, I’m choosing courage over fear. I may not be ready to tell the whole story, but I’m finally ready to stop pretending that everything was okay,” she wrote. In the caption, she mentioned three broken heart emojis.

Notably, her latest post comes shortly after she shared a video montage of several moments with Badshah, including clips from their private wedding ceremony. Along with the video, she wrote, “Every storm is a lesson. Every prayer is hope,” accompanied by a broken-heart emoji.
The post led to speculation about whether the couple was going through a difficult phase in thier marriage. So far, neither Isha nor Badshah has directly addressed the rumours.
