In the latest vlog, Aaryamann gave a sneak peek at the property that he wants to purchase. He went apartment hunting with his parents and fiancée, actor Yogita Bihani, and shared the reverence of that day. Sharing with his viewers,  Aaryamann said, “Guys, today is a very big day. I am going to see a house that I’m going to buy with my own money. Actually, it is your money. I am actually going to buy a house. And my mother is so happy today because I am fulfilling her dream. I am going to invest in my first apartment, and hopefully, I will buy this one.”

The apartment is a lavish 3.5 BHK home featuring spacious balconies that bring ample natural light. The property also includes a library room, luxury interiors, and a swing that elevate its sophisticated appeal. A feature of the house that attracted the Sethi family the most is its natural air conditioning and warm environment. “This house will come like this, including everything, which is amazing. It rarely happens that I see a house and say that it has been built well,” he said.

The user attention was immediate, with his channel surpassing 200,000 subscribers within three months.

His channel has continued to grow, with subscribers now over 3.4 lakh. Along the way, Aaryamann also started doing brand collaborations, which have now become a crucial part of his earnings. While looking for an apartment, he thanked both his viewers and the brands that supported him: “Brand deals ka kuch toh fayda ho. These brand deals and your love!” he said.

Aaryamann also quipped about expanding his real estate portfolio if his content creation journey continues growing. “If we get more brand deals, then more money, and another house,” he joked.
