After Ranveer Singh’s exit from Don 3, whispers have started doing the rounds that Shah Rukh Khan might just slide back into the franchise like he never left. Online chatter claims the superstar is “willing” to reprise Don — but only with a little filmi condition attached. Word is SRK wants Jawan (2023) director Atlee to join the Farhan Akhtar directorial, purely to scale it up and “heighten audience excitement”. Of course, nothing is locked yet, and the final call is still pending. As for Ranveer? Reports say he reassessed his career priorities post Dhurandhar (2025) and opted out because he didn’t want “back-to-back gangster films”. Fair enough — not everyone wants to live in leather jackets and smoke-filled frames.
