Mardaani 3`s Mallika Prasad Sinha mourns the demise of her father

Actor Mallika Prasad Sinha, best known for portraying Amma in Mardaani 3, shared the heartbreaking news of her father’s demise through an emotional note on social media. Taking to Instagram, she penned a heartfelt tribute celebrating his life, legacy and the deep bond he shared with his family.

In her note, Mallika wrote, “Jaimangal Prasad (1939–2026) made a most graceful exit on the morning of February 25, 2026. He passed on peacefully in the early hours held by a family that loved him so very much.”
Remembering him as a pillar of strength and warmth, she added, “A doting husband to Rama and a devoted father to Vibha, Pratibha and Mallika, he leaves behind a legacy of kindness, quiet strength, and unwavering love. His presence filled our lives with warmth, and his gentle wisdom will continue to guide us always.”

Mallika described her father as a man of many talents and passions. “He lived a full life of a scientist, photographer, writer, teacher, chess player and a die-hard supporter of his daughters. We were so blessed to have him in our life!” she wrote, reflecting on the many roles he embraced with dedication and grace.
The note also highlighted the special relationships he nurtured within the extended family. “He also shared a special bond with Ram, his sons in law: Rajesh and Puneet, and his beloved grandsons, Aman and Apoorv and the newest addition into our hearts and family, granddaughter in law, Tanvi.”

Summing up the profound impact he had on everyone around him, Mallika shared, “We will all remember him not only for the life he lived, but for the grace with which he touched every heart around him. He will be deeply missed and forever cherished.”
The actor concluded her message by inviting friends and well wishers to join the family in prayer. “We invite you to join us for a small pooja in our home, remembering him and celebrating his life on 27th February 2026 between 10am and 1pm.”
Her tribute resonated deeply with followers, many of whom offered condolences and prayers, standing by the family during this time of loss while celebrating the remarkable life Jaimangal Prasad lived.
