Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna had social media swooning with their lovey-dovey moments while promoting Ranabaali, which hit theatres last week. Now, the newly-weds are set to bring their chemistry to the upcoming episode of Koffee with Karan 9, where Vijay opens up about his surprise proposal. Mid-day exclusively got to know, “I proposed to her on the first day of our wedding in Udaipur, which was the sangeet night,” he says, revealing how he went down on one knee in front of their friends to ensure Rashmika had her special moment.

As Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein (2001) completed 25 years on October 19, Dia Mirza called it “tragic” that she and R Madhavan haven’t reunited on screen even sicne. “It’s actually quite tragic that nobody has cast us together yet because it doesn’t have to be Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein 2. It could be any film as long as it’s a love story. I’d love to work with Maddy. It’s so fascinating to grow into the people that we have. I feel my time and experience in storytelling have also helped me. It’ll be so interesting to share screen space again,” she told Screen, in an interview.

Armaan Kohli and Tanishaa Mukerji
Tanishaa Mukerji has revisited her relationship with Armaan Kohli during ‘Bigg Boss 7’ (2013), describing it as a trauma bond shaped by the show’s emotionally charged environment. She shared that as she was feeling isolated on the reality show, she saw him as an ally. “Armaan was also a wolf to me, but a wolf in my corner,” she said. Tanishaa also revealed that it took her six months after leaving the house to move past the experience, alleging that the show’s environment influenced their attachment. The two dated briefly after the show before splitting in 2014.
