Singer Shaan has reportedly purchased a lavish new home in Mumbai’s Bandra West for Rs 48 crore, but details of the singer’s new address have now emerged through the property transaction handled by the broker.
According to a Mumbai Mirror report, Shaan and his wife Radhika Mukherjee have brought together three apartments to create a sprawling 6,300-sq-ft residence in a luxury tower in Bandra West. The property is part of Palmera by NVK Realty and is located around Turner Road and St Martin’s Road. Sources cited in the report said the residence is on the 18th floor of the 22-storey building.
Shaan’s new lavish home address revealed
The transaction was brokered by Propbay India LLP and registered on August 20. Vikas V Bhatia, who handled the luxury property deal in Mumbai, confirmed details of the transaction to the publication.
The new residence comprises three units combined across approximately one-and-a-half floors. While two of the apartments have been interconnected, the third remains an independent unit. The purchase gives Shaan and his family a significantly larger home while retaining their long-standing association with Bandra.
The property details becoming public through the brokerage transaction have put the spotlight on the singer’s latest real-estate investment. While celebrity property purchases often attract attention because of their price tags, the disclosure of specific residential details can also raise questions about privacy, particularly when it concerns a private family home.

Shaan has been associated with Bandra for years, with his family having a longstanding connection to the Mumbai suburb. His father, musician Manas Mukherjee, was also part of the music industry.
The Rs 48-crore purchase comes amid a strong luxury housing market in Mumbai. The city recorded 1,499 luxury property registrations worth Rs 14,903 crore between April and June, according to the Lighthouse Luxury Quarterly Luxury Real Estate Report cited by Mumbai Mirror.
For Shaan, the latest purchase marks a significant upgrade to his Bandra home while continuing his family’s connection with the neighbourhood.
