Bollywood stars mourn celebrity hairstylist Marce Pedrozo’s sudden death

The film industry is mourning the sudden death of celebrity hairstylist Marce Pedrozo, whose passing has left several Bollywood actors heartbroken. Many stars, including Varun Dhawan, Nora Fatehi and Tara Sutaria, took to social media to pay tribute and remember the stylist who worked closely with them over the years.

Pedrozo was known in the industry for his talent and warm personality. Over the years, he collaborated with several prominent celebrities including Janhvi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez, Malaika Arora, Triptii Dimri, Suhana Khan and Bhumi Pednekar. His sudden demise shocked many within the film and fashion community. The exact cause of his death has not yet been revealed.
Varun Dhawan shared his grief on Instagram, reposting a photo with Pedrozo and writing a short but emotional message. “RIP buddy. Can’t believe this. Felt like we were just shooting sometime back. He was extremely loved and a pure soul,” the actor wrote, remembering the hairstylist’s positive presence on set.
Nora Fatehi and Tara Sutaria penned heartfelt notes
Nora Fatehi, who had worked closely with Pedrozo for years, shared a deeply emotional tribute. Calling him one of the most important people in her life, she wrote that she had lost “a very very dear friend, a brother, a confidant.” She added, “Someone who was a part of my journey from day one. He brought the best side of my personality out and every time you guys would see him with me, I’m always laughing and smiling.”

Expressing how difficult the loss has been, Nora wrote, “I never lost a friend before. I’m trying to understand how to process this. I need you guys to all pray for him today. He has passed away and I am so heartbroken. I am devastated.”
Tara Sutaria also remembered Pedrozo with affection and gratitude. Sharing an old post, she wrote, “Rest peacefully, sweet Marcelo. My heart hurts to learn you are not with us anymore.” The actress recalled meeting him during her first photo shoot nearly a decade ago and credited him for making her feel comfortable and confident early in her career.
“Thank you for your sweetness, skill and for all the laughs. May the skies be painted with your art,” she added, reflecting on his creative spirit and kindness.
Pedrozo’s passing has left a deep void among colleagues and friends in the entertainment industry, many of whom continue to share memories and tributes in his honour.
