A Gen-Z film in the making
Sharvari’s meteoric rise in Bollywood shows no signs of slowing down. Fresh off the acclaim for filmmaker Imtiaz Ali’s ‘Main Vaapas Aaunga’, the actor is reportedly in talks to headline what is being described as a quintessential Gen Z entertainer opposite Kartik Aaryan. According to trade sources, filmmaker Luv Ranjan is keen to cast Sharvari as the female lead in his next directorial, with the actor said to be “excited” about the project. Kartik is also reportedly enthusiastic about the collaboration. The film is currently in the writing stage, with narrations expected in the coming months before the makers take a final call on casting. The film is likely to go on floors in December 2026.

Quitting is not an option, Pritam
Pritam
After Arijit Singh announced his exit from taking up new playback singing assignments earlier this year, composer Pritam has now sparked retirement speculation with a cryptic social media post. A day after his birthday, Pritam shared on social media, “Today, I have decided to gift myself a few years to live life differently. To catch up on what I’ve missed. Mainstream is a great ride. But I’ve always been more curious about the roads unexplored.” The note left fans wondering if the composer is preparing to step away from Bollywood’s mainstream music scene after a celebrated two-decade run.
